Couples Are Roasting Their Partners With TikTok’s Aging Filter
Amid all the conversations about what it means to age gracefully on TikTok, a topic that has spanned from heartfelt lessons on embracing your personal style even in your 50s to 30-something influencers touting wrinkle-free straws, yet another element of the conversation has made its way onto the platform – a partner can sure as hell stress you out.
Over the past few weeks, several couples have taken to the platform to share what exactly, an age-advancing photo editing app says they’ll look like in several decades' time – a viral trend that more often than not takes a hard turn for the snarky.
“Us in 30 years because he won’t use the moisturizer I bought him,” wrote Tiktoker @madalenalimas.
“Us in 10yrs because he be stressing me out,” influencer @brookemonk_ captioned her clip.
“Us in 15 years because this white man refuses to wear sunscreen,” quipped @camillacolbro in her viral take on the trend.
Now if you’ll excuse us, we’ll be taking a long bath of moisturizer and retinol.
